A solution?
Bush seeks to provide a remedy, focusing on two aspects: make coverage more affordable by reforming the tax code and provide federal funds to states with an abundance of hard for the low-income residents. The previous plan would result in a standard tax deduction for those who buy insurance on their own initiative or in the workplace. This project will seek to provide affordable private health insurance base for residents.
Bush intends to block the use of two health care run by the government solutions. Bush hopes his plan will foster the opportunity for Americans to be more in control of their medical decisions. Critics of Bush's plan say the low-income population does not benefit from this system because it is still not likely to pay the premiums, even if they have a plan. Another vociferation is that the plan would require employers to reduce benefits or fall in some areas of the country where premiums are areas of higher and lower activity.
